Shipping Policy

Shipping Policy:

All continental packages are shipped by our chosen carrier. Standard shipping options are delivered by our carrier. Moroccan sardine is not responsible for delivery delays due to weather, mishandling by the carrier, undeliverable addresses, or incorrect contact information for all shipments including Priority and Express shipping options. If a package is considered lost or damaged please contact Moroccan sardine within 10 days from the last scanned date. 

Undeliverable addresses include: incorrect/insufficient address, missing P.O. box numbers, refused, or return to sender. Moroccan sardine is not liable for any stolen, lost, or damaged packages; and any return packages due to incomplete addresses, undeliverable addresses, or return to sender. Moroccan sardine has the right to charge an additional fee for any reshipments regarding lost packages or packages returned back to the fulfillment facility.

All customers are responsible for inputting the correct information for the order’s billing and shipping address. Any requests for address or order changes will be considered but not guaranteed. 

Shipping & Handling:
For your convenience, we offer options depending on the shipping time you prefer. The rate options are automatically calculated based on your shipping address through FedEx or DHL etc … and are MINIMUM shipping time estimates, and do not include processing time frames.

 FedEx, DHL, TNT,Aramex cannot deliver to APO, FPO, P.O. Boxes or anywhere outside the continental U.S & CLAE is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Proof of Delivery may be obtained upon request by emailing contact@moroccansardine.com

Order Cancellation & Changes:

All orders once placed are finalized and products are not able to edited or changed. Order cancellation requests will be considered, but are not guaranteed. Orders are shipped as quickly as possible and cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched. Your order will begin processing once you receive your order confirmation by email, at this point your order cannot be cancelled. Once you have received your items, you may send them back for a refund as long as they are unopened and unused. International Orders:

All international standard and priority chosen shipping options are shipped by our carrier. Standard and Priority shipping options are delivered by the destination’s local postal service. Moroccan sardine is not responsible for delivery delays due to weather, mishandling by carrier, undeliverable addresses, or incorrect contact information for all shipments including Express shipping options. If a package is considered lost or damaged please contact Moroccan sardine within 10 days from the last scanned date.

International Orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by your country’s customs department upon arrival. The recipient of the order is the importer of record and is responsible for all import fees, as well as complying with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Moroccan sardine does not collect duties and taxes and cannot provide any information on the cost of duty and taxes. Customs policies differ from country to country, if you have any questions, please contact your local customs office for more information.

International orders take 12 to 21 days to fulfill deliveries and may be subject to Customs inspections which may affect the time of the delivery. Shipping charges are based on the weight of the item(s) shipped to the country of destination.

Undelivered & Refused shipments that are returned to MoroccanSardine are subject to return shipping fees.

DUTIES, CUSTOMS AND VAT

International orders are subject to Duties, Customs and Value Added Taxes. These charges MUST be paid upon receipt of your order. Be sure to verify the additional cost you may incur with the authorities of the country the order is being shipped to.

TAX POLICIES

We are required by State and Federal laws to charge sales tax on products and shipping charges of products shipped to states where we have physical stores. Marrakech
